This Navman Satellite Navigation System has the compatibility of WAAS / EGNOS / MSAS systems. The GPS is a SiRF Xtrac receiver having 12 channels from 12 different satellites. The physical feature of the system consists of a patch antenna system. It has got SD slot for map and removable data storage up to 2GB. The display screen has landscape screen orientation with back-lit. Another fact is that the screen is a TFT LCD colour display screen. It works with Intel PXA-255 processor with a processing speed of 200 MHz.
The satellite navigation is provided with built-in memory having the capacity of 32MB SD RAM for system memory. The system consists of destination search criteria address, street or point of interest, postcode search; all these are instructed by the voice prompts in either male or female voice.
