Clarion prepare to launch Atom CPU and Linux OS

Clarion prepare to launch its portable navigation device ‘ClarionMiND’ running on Atom processor and Linux OS.

Adopting a 4.8-inch touch screen with 800*480 resolution, the ClarionMiND supports full browser, 4GB of flash memory, wireless LAN, Bluetooth, Google Map, YouTube, and Real Player.

The ClarionMiND is expected to be available in North America in this November and in Europe market in January, 2009.
