Does anyone know if there is a customer service UK telephone number to the people Tom Tom satellite navigation?
I bought a voice for my TomTom 510, and he told me that I cannot download as the product ID is bad. I think it's because the first unit was broken and we have exchanged. Is there a way to download otherwise? or do you know how I get in contact by phone …. the site is e-mail only, but they do not respond! This is a phone number difficult to find, Tom Tom does not make easy but the number is as follows. UK 08451610009 Monday – Friday: 08:00 to 18.30 GMT (every first Tuesday of the month: 09:00 to 18:30 GMT) From outside the UK 31208501004 Monday – Friday: 09:00 to 19:30 GMT +1 (first Tuesday of the month: 10:00 to 19:30 GMT +1) Keep in mind they are closed until the new year.
