Worldscout Corporation has acquired Toronto-based Alltigo Inc., a leading developer of micro-electronics GPS / GSM devices and embedded software applications.
The acquisition results in the team's engineering Alltigo (specialists in GPS technology, software developers and programmers) joining Worldscout R & D team. The technology can locate the GPS satellites and lock onto their signal more efficiently than other systems.
